TERMS & CONDITIONS

SMG ESPORTS may edit, add or delete terms and conditions on its website. SMG ESPORTS holds the right to do this without any prior notification. By ordering on our site you are agreeing to these terms and conditions.

Our products are made by our suppliers Picton Sports in South Wales, United Kingdom. They specialise in custom high quality sportswear. Their opening times are 9am to 5pm GMT, Monday to Friday. Orders made on the site outside these times will be processed the next working day.

Products are made to order, once an order is made it can take up to 3 weeks to be produced.

Production times are normally much faster than this but we have been informed by our suppliers that this is a maximum time it can take during busy periods. Usual times are around 10 days from orders being placed to competition of products.

Once the product is complete, you will be notified upon dispatch.

All products are shipped from Swansea, United Kingdom.

The shipping you select is the service you receive once the product is produced and is ready for dispatch.

SMG ESPORTS is not liable for your countries import duty fees and this is payable by yourself.

All products are tracked and signed as standard and covered upto the value of £100 (UK) for loss and damage per shipping parcel.

For orders over £100 (UK) we strongly recommend you select Royal Mail Special Delivery Guaranteed by 1pm® as this will cover you if the products are lost or damaged during transit. If you choose to select another option you do so at your own risk as in an event of loss or damage only a partial refund will be given.

International orders will be sent with enough insurance coverage to cover the cost of loss or damage.

All our products are tracked when in transit and should arrive with you no later than 48hrs (7days international) after dispatch. If however you don’t receive your products 7 days (14 days international) after dispatch then please contact admin@smgesports.com

We accept returns but you must contact us at admin@smgesports.com before a return can be made. Returns will not be accepted 14 days after dispatch.

Products must be like new and returned in its original packaging, SMG ESPORTS quality control may refuse a full refund if a product is returned damaged, worn, discolored or anything that may deem the product unsuitable for resale.

Products must be returned in suitable packaging via a tracked service and suitable insurance to cover the products if they are lost or damaged during transit. All return costs is payable by yourself.

Please note: Due to the nature of the personalized products, we are unable to accept returns on any products that have been personalized.

All our products are quality checked to a high standard of quality before dispatch and shipped in suitable shipping materials to ensure a safe transit, if however a product arrives to you damaged then you should contact us within 7 days (10 days for international shipping) from dispatch at admin@smgesports.com

Damages reported after the 7 days (10 days for international shipping) will not be eligible for a refund. 

Payments can only be made via Paypal

Refunds will be made via the paypal account that you used at the time of purchase. 

Partial refunds or no refunds may be given if a product is deemed unsuitable for resale and is not returned in its original packaging. 

SMG ESPORTS will only be able to issue a refund for the products purchased and will not be able to issue refunds for shipping to and from your delivery address.

SMG ESPORTS holds the right to start and stop it’s promotions without any warning.
